In answer to your question, yes, I am horrified daily. But it doesn't "suck being me" any more than for anyone else. Everybody is experiencing the outcome of electing Bush twice, in some way or another. The difference, is that a "horrifying" amount of people are oblivious to it. With that aside, I can hate the road we're on, despise the conservative right, and do all in my power to oppose it-- but still love democracy. The system has not failed the people. The U.S. were the ones who declared this war first, for reasons that are still today unproven (No WMD were ever found people, when are you going to realize that).
