My priest ran into a 6th level troll at the Undercity today. He asked me if I had any linen cloth to spare. Told him to buy it at the auction house and shot him 10 gold. He seemed pretty happy. lol

60% mounts are gonna be at level 30 in the next patch. Training will cost 35g.

Anyways, I think I should start farming some honor, with season 4 coming in under a week, there will be lots of stuff to buy with honor. I hope I can get the rival arena rank, I'm at 1801 2v2 rating.

By the way, I've been making a killing at the auction house by selling Swiftness Potions. I strongly recommend any alchemist to acquire the recipe. Swiftness Potions sell for a gold piece each!

HAU GUISE. Yeah. I play WoW. I got a level 70 DPS warrior. He owns. He's PvP spec'd now. SO if you armory Aggmasta on Thunderlord, you'll get a warr in Fury gear with a 2h sword and Hybrid spec. I guess enough people complained to Blizzard about the high price. I still find it odd that a player has trouble accumulating 90 to 100 gold by the time they reach level 40.

True enough, but 650 gold is nothing to sneeze at. With the way potions are selling my priest should break 700 within the next 24 hours. Elixir of Giant Growth is a big favorite.

In my opinion, the reason for making mounts at level 30 was not because of the price, but because it would make traveling easier at a lower level. Without a mount, leveling really, really sucks. It takes forever to get around anywhere. And I'm guessing the price lowered could be because of 2 reasons:

1. Not everyone can get 90g at level 40, so 35g at level 30 should be easy.
2. More money so you can get 100% mount easier (it's really a pain to get the gold for it)

You spend them in the valley of Widsom in Orgrimmar.
You can buy nice things.
Also, go to alliance places and put out fires, or go to horde places and honor fires, to get more flowers.

Id like to join...i have a level 25 dwarf hunter in ghostlands realm, and a level 12 troll hunter in the blackhand realm.

Hey everyone. You may know me from posting here a while ago. The highest level I had was a level 17 night elf warrior on the Alliance. After that, I quit the game because of school. Now that it is summer, I am thinking of getting back into it.

I need some general advice - any tips you guys could give me are appreciated. Should I be Horde or Alliance? A lot of people say Horde is better because the players are more mature but I need help deciding.

More questions:
Which class should I be?
What's the deal with making a new account for me? I forgot the password and username for my old one so I have to make a new account. Should I go for the 30 day trial and than go from there?

Every piece of advice is appreciated. I remember back when I was a level 15 night elf. It was so boring and I'm guessing that's why it was so easy to quit - because I didn't experience the higher level stuff like raids, instances, and so on.

Trying to save enough coin for my vacation in August. Bah, this crazy inflation doesn't help matters either. Here's my updated characters; 44th level human paladin (protection), 43rd level undead priest (shadow), 40th level troll warrior (fury), and a 37th level night elf druid (feral). That's sweet haloaddict! It'll be a while before I can start raiding. Working on 4 different characters has slowed my progress considerably but I'm getting there. I took advantage of the midsummer festival and bumped my priest up 2 levels simply by honoring/desecrating the bonfires. When is the next festival? lol

That depends on the server Kalandro. On my server (Mok'Nathal) the Alliance seem to be the more mature group. Not only that but the Horde players are somewhat greedy and they tend to overprice items at the auction house.

Entirely up to you. My first character was a paladin because they've always been my favorite. Having 2 characters with the same faction will allow you more flexibility. I created a melee class with the blacksmith/mining professions and a spell using class with the alchemy/herbalism professions for both the Horde & Alliance (seemed logical). The combination has worked great for me so far. Heh, the herbalists have already tripled the miners in gold. Gotta love that briarthorn.

Thanks for the reply Recon ;) - Now i'm wondering what class i should level as 2nd character. You don't realize how long it took me to actually decide a hunter :P I was always changing my mind. But i got there eventually... Hopefully i will do the same for the 2nd character.

These are the things i "might" choice to get to level 70 ; Fury Warrior / Restoration Druid / Protection Paladin.

I might even just concentrate on my hunter (even though i'm bored of it) and wait for the upcoming expansion, Wrath of The Lich King, and then roll a Deathknight. But i'm not sure ... I'm drifting towards being a Warrior or Druid. I'll level 'em both and see what happens.

I have joined the Horde as a Troll Warrior. My server is Burning Legion (PVP, Medium Population).

Heh, the Burning Legion always reminds me of how much I despise the elves even though my druid is one of them. Here you have the forest trolls, the oldest known race on Azeroth living peacefully amongst themselves until the elven greed for magic starts to encroach on their territory. The trolls naturally fight back and begin to destroy every elven settlement they find. The elves suddenly realize they've bitten off more than they can chew so they run to the humans with a proposition; they'll teach the humans magic if the humans help them fight the trolls. The elven greed for magic has now attracted the Burning Legion (a huge army of demons) and the army drives towards Mount Hyjal and the night elves. You're welcome Kalandro. My troll warrior is grabbing any regeneration buff he can find. Here's what he has so far;

*Troll Regeneration: increases health regeneration by 10%
*Aquamarine Signet of Regeneration: +3 health every 5 seconds
*Citrine Ring of Regeneration: +3 health every 5 seconds
*Mighty Troll's Blood Potion: +12 health every 5 seconds
*Poached Sunscale Salmon: +6 health every 5 seconds

I haven't tried the Sunscale Salmon yet so I'm hoping it stacks with the other buffs. :-)

I remember Quitting the game after being on one of the bigger guilds there and just about 4 months before TBC came I just got tired of the game.
Don't know what it still has that interests people nowdays I guess it's the people themeselves :o.
The people you meet and talk to you get attached to them and don't really enjoy the gamy anymore.

After a lot of research and thought, I have decided to be a Troll Warrior (Protection Tank). I figured, why not. Trolls have Regeneration which is pretty awesome, and their armor is boosted because their naturally trolls. Here is the talent tree I am following - found it on WikiWow. Everyone's gonna want me when I take off from my current level 11 and start raiding and doing instances.

I also changed to the Anetheron realm for a server in-game time closer to where I live, and for lower population/less lag.

i cant wait for the 30 mount :D

i got a 51 rogue, 70 hunter, 36 preist.

and today on mu hunter doin daily i made about 300-400 gold was nice

I'm officially 7,000 EXP away from getting first mount as a warlock. Level 39 Undead Warlock, and I'm really pushing for that 7,000 EXP. Unfortunately I have to wait until 2 p.m. my time to play and get it. Son of a bitch.
