can't start up wow anymore, it's crying about some error that can only be made by reinstalling the game. even the Blizzard repair thing threw a scan and said all files were fine.

so basicly, i have to spend another hour to download the five discs, and then another 3-4 hours to download the slow patching servers.

i had to re-install wow today cause when i try'd launching it it said it wouldn't launch, when i decided to uninstall the game it said shit like ''the following data isn't found.'' or some shit, and showed me a list of about 99,99% of the gamefiles.

and now it gives me this gay error, it sucks balls.

Yeah, AV is so lame now :P You get some fast honor though, but it has like, nothing to do with pvp anymore... No gangbanging in the middle, 10 mins 350 honor, average win or so... I preferred the old days when AV was 18 hours long.

oh yeah heard shamans got buffed. FS now is not affected by diminishing returns! LOL

Ele shamans were uberfied >:( and I guess now they're gonna re-uberfy them...

Does anyone have any good 3v3 setups for a deep frost mage? I've been hearing a MS warrior/Resto druid/frost mage works pretty well, but I can't really find any teams to verify that.

Maybe you should work on getting more "-of the eagle" items, Stamina and Intellect, cause as a shadow priest that's all you will need until you get high enough level to get stuff with + shadow, or +spell damage... Spirit won't really help much, it's okay, but still better to max your mana with lots of intellect.

I knew stamina was a good stat to boost but I couldn't decide between intellect and spirit (you'll see my character has a mixture of both). Thanks G-F-D. I'll keep an eye out for those items at the auction house. Money isn't a problem with all the herbs I've been selling. Briarthorn or bust!!!

Spirit won't really help much, it's okay, but still better to max your mana with lots of intellect.

Ahhh... so increasing your mana total with intellect is better than increasing your mana regeneration with spirit?

No offense, but I hate when people do this. You're sorting the BG by KILLING BLOWS, which are in NO way a measure of how "good" you are. You could've gotten half of them by jumping in and stealing the last hit on what should have been someone else's kill. If anything, sort the BG chart by DAMGE DONE, as it's a better way to measure how "good" you are. Damage > Killing blows

Thats true, but lets say that im a hunter ( im not), and only sending my pet to do damage for me, and i stand behind it shooting my muscket.
Do i get damage, or does my pet?

Well, yeah, because while you're in combat your regen rates are lower then when out of combat, so if you have a ton of spirit you'll regen fast, but fastest when out of combat... And since you can drink when you're out of combat + the 5 first points in the shadow tree, Spirit Tap I think? then regening mana and hp out of combat would be pretty much useless... So I guess maxing intellect is better, + it gives +spell crit hit chance!

In BGs, all damage done by the hunter AND the hunter's pet is added into the total amoutn of damage done by the hunter.

Never took it. Dumped my first 5 points into Blackout, then put 2 into Improved Shadow Word:Pain and 3 into Shadow Focus. My goal is to reach Shadowform as quickly as possible. Still have another 5 points to allocate. Here's my updated character if you're interested;

I never knew it raised the critical hit chance for spells. That's sweet! I'm keeping my eyes peeled at the Auction House for any item that increases shadow damage.

Divine Spirit? **checks talent tree** Ack! That ability is from the Discipline tree. I'm trying to stay pure shadow magic. Maybe I'll dump some points into Spirit Tap after I reach Shadow Form.

My undead priest had his first Player vs Player battle yesterday and won!! Some high level warrior was attacking one of the guards at Tarren Mill prior to a massive raid. I noticed he'd lost well over half of his hit points so I hit the invader with every damage over time spell I could muster. Heh, he instantly knew what was going on (and where it was coming from) and headed straight for me. I instantly threw up my shield but the first hit from his battle axe dropped my priest to his knees (must have been a special ability). Anyway, he continued to hammer away at my shield and just as it collapsed... so did he.

I have a feeling he was pissed. :)

This is my alt, I buy him the best gear for what he's doing. He is mostly a healer when needed, able to heal for 10mins straight without needing mana, but can also off tank I suppose. I've been trying to level him to 29 recently to start trying some BG's so he can save up for his honor gear in Champions Hall.

I do both. My gold is sitting around 250 at the moment. It's sooooo easy to make money buying and selling items. I'm always running across equipment at the AH that's priced way lower than it should be. Scoop it up and auction it for 3 or 4 times as much.

Tonight after work I'll be creating a bunch of helpful potions. 40 Mana Potions, 40 Lesser Invisibility Potions (can't wait to try this) and 40 Mighty Troll's Blood Potions. My account at the bank is full of all the necessary herbs. One herb I've been having trouble locating is Grave Moss. It's always overpriced at the AH so there's no way I'm spending my gold. As I've said before, the best herb to make quick money on is Briarthorn. It's always in demand. Even when the AH gets flooded with the stuff it sells fast. It's made me the most money by far. :)
