You need GTA1 though, because it's an extension pack. The only one on PS1 (or any console) I think?

Thats bullshit. I never got lost. In fact, i want them to make the next GTA bigger. And how do you think its borong? It has pretty much everything upgraded from vice city (including the graphics) and more.

Also, i doubt there is a cheat to do that. But i don't use cheats so i am not too sure.
