Celes Theme, Ninja Gaiden3 lvls 4+, and tetris FOR NINTENDO. (not gameboy, although that's decent too).

Its gotta be the Zelda theme, that is simply the greatest video game theme of all time, i didn't even read all the posts here, but i'm sure im not the only one to mention it :)

Ummmmm, probably the Gn'R sound-a-like tunes in Guilty Gear, and the Tony Hawk games have bitchin' soundtracks, especially 3 and the first Underground,

Final Fantasy X has some of the best music ever. I've got piano only remixes of a lot of the songs.

Chrono Cross has a fucking awesome soundtrack. The very first song on the soundtrack CD gives me chills everytime, it's so awesome.

I listen to a lot of VG music, but RPGs tend to have the best and most memorable music. FFIX has a lot of really good shit too, the Terra song is awesome, so is "You're Not Alone".

ff7, and this is by popular vote, had the best music ever for its time, but the opening song to ff8 just made me realize that Nobuo Uematsu would go down in history. Liberi Fatali is the best song...i have ever heard.

I have a whole lot of them. When you turn on Vice City, the coolest mobster music I have ever heard comes on. It has a rock/ Jazz feel to it, and definitely sets the mood for the game. The Music to Halo is also really cool, I've never played the game too much but I've heard the song, you can download an insanely cool remix HERE. Thats really all I can think of for now.

The Command and Conquer series would have to contain the best game music ever. I have multiple Westwood tracks on my MP3 (which is now missing!) from games such as Red Alert, Red Alert 2, Tiberian Sun, etc. They rock.

ragnaroks songs kicks ass they are nice to listen to. i also like alien hominid's PDA song.
