Dudem. You can't just have 'similar shades of blue'. The colours and rules given at first weren't guidelines. They were rules.

Yah, mines comeing along okay. Its gonna be a virtual tour of the sea kinda thing, but it will be fast paced.

It's looking good! I like the character style more now that it's closer to complete. Very nice. I would perhaps add some water effects so it has more of the whole water feel. Just ripples and such. Looks cool though. I like the box effect in the middle.

the moon is a yellowy color so i think u should change that to one of the blues

The ending doesn't look rushed, it just seems odd. It kinda makes you expect something is going to happen after he sinks into the water.

Yer its just cos the music goes into a verse so you expect it to continue. But if i were to carry on the animation would have been another whole minute so i had to wrap it up.

Yer your right lol but I like it anyway. Its pretty simple a guy is singing on a rock in a pond. Then he just sinks calmly into the water.

a little short and boring, I dunno it just didn't capture my attention. The like 30 seconds of plain gradient tween in the beginning followed by a simple animation with some lip synching, I dunno it seems really basic and a little lame to me... i think you need more of a plot and more of it actually having it have to do with something

Hello peep. Your entry was good, But:

Do I think you should shorten the long boring beggining tittle screen? yes.
Should you tweak the strange awkward ending? yes.
Did I feel the main theme of the flash had to do about water? no, not really.
Did I like the over-all feel of the flash? yes, it was cool. Good Job.
Am I forming statements into unnessecary question form when I should just tell you in sentence form? yes

Whats funny about that statement is that you said it Twinson. If anyone has to worry about anything being boring its you, your flash are just a visual tour nothing happens. Oh and the flash djamin is pretty cool, i like the coloring, the character could use more detail and i really liked the standing up part, but the song coninues on as he sinks so I would suggest either finishing it with the song regardless of size cuz yours doesnt seem too big anyway or mess with the song with a sound editing program and mix the ending of it as he sinks.

I've been sorta following this thread and might join if any ideas pop up, but thats a maybe. Looks good guys i cant wait for the finish.

ok i was wondering if you can have voice acting in it al the other ones dont really. like i asked a girl to act a cry for me (in voice acting) and i wana out it on will it be acceptable? and on the preloader screen i put voice acting cry done by: shannon hilchie. will that be acceptabe also and just for better description here it is:

Aww, shucks. Look at my name.. Yes, I know for a fact you can have voice acting. I was also in the last "Shades of" collab. Too bad I missed out on Green. ^_^ I could have had a set. But I don't think preloaders are allowed, so you can just put it at the end during any credits you might have. That's what was done for the last collab.

ok so no preloader ill fix that before i forget.

I so can't wait to see it. :)

Haha, gone aree the ninjas for this one :P I spent a while getting some good poses done so i know what they'll look like later when I attempt to ANIMATE them (no game this time). I've already posted this piccy, but you seem to have missed it ;)

Guys thanks a lot for the constructive criticism. Greedom your a really good animator and I especially appreciate your advice. And Omnilurk your rite, I was really suprised about TwinsenDude's comment, I obviously don't think my entry is boring I just think it is different, a lot more arty than what I usually do.
But I still need to do a lot of work, Im probs gonna scrap the whole title sequence.
and also I think I'm goin to try and edit the song so it ends with him singing the chorus.

Any other suggestions!

Good work from what I've seen. Though you really shouldn't be done. DJamin, that was finished, right? I think you could take it farther, and hell, you've got more than a month to do it. Other than that: Not clearly related to water, and I don't understand some of it? Is he committing suicide? If so, why does he keep saying "I'll be back in November."?
