Have you got one of those anti somthing bands? Ive got the yellow cancer one. If you dont know what they are just search ebay for livestrong.

Livestrong, Nike, and the pink cancer bracelets are the only real ones. Anything like "staystrong" or something w/out the Nike or cancer symbol on them, or anything that is a strange color like blue or green, is fake.
That being said, I really don't like any of them. Why not just donate your money to cancer and get a real bracelet?

Those things are so trendy around campus. I think they're tacky. I'd rather do real charity work or donate directly.

Everyone in my freakin' school has one. Jeez, they sell them through the school by the bagful. I bet my right- no, LEFT nut that half the people wearing them in my school don't even know that Lance Armstrong had cancer.

a bunch of girls at my school have the pink one. i think it stands for support breast cancer research. but they wouldnt care if it stood for "kill all jews", they just wear it cause its pink

its really sad bc everyone on campus has a livestrong bracelet, but a lot of them have one just because someone else has one and not for the real purpose... i have one but it sits on my desk now. i wear a support our troops one that i got from 7-11 and a blue one that supports our school athletics program (bc our football team needs ALL the help it can get LOL)

Just because it's not livestrong dosn't maek it fake , their a loads of differn't charitys promting themselves through bands of all colours and slogans. all of which go to a charity.

LOL@HUMOR. they should be called HITLERSTRONG bands in that case, :P.... but yeah there are the LIVESTRONG bands, the Cure Cancer bands, and the YGB49 bands for brain cancer research that Tim McGraw sells on his site in memory of his dad, Tug McGraw.

I dont have one cos everyone else has one but because cancer runs in my best friends family and i like to show support.

My aunt has breast cancer. you know what I do? support her. You don't have to be a fake philanthropist and flaunt the fact that you don't like cancer. Nobody likes cancer.

Yeah, I have a brown one dedicated to saving the rubber trees. I got it at Office max. Got a whole bunch of them, if you want to see what I'm talking about, just go to eBay and search for "Rubber Band"

HAHAAHA, that reminds me of this poster in my school, it has drawing of a kid wearing a shirt that says 'bully proof', and loads of people around him... isnt that like wearing a 'bully me' shirt. I've pointed out the fact that all those anti bullying things are like 'kick me' signs, but people wont listen. Gah.

Livestrons are for douches, who never donated but want to be like everyone else so they wear them, when I see someone wearing a livestrong, I automatically hate them.

Either people want to show off that they donated money, or they just want to be trendy. Either way, they are idiots. If you want to donate money for breast cancer, etc. just donate it to the Red Cross or online.
