ok, i know html, qbasic, visual basic, javascript. ok, i wanted to know what i should learn next (dont say flash because i can make flash animations without code (im not making games or anything, just simple clips) -
should i learn like php? or what? what programming language should i learn next? o and btw - what the hell is mysql?
so far, i think i should learn dhtml or dhml or whatever that one guy was talkin about? i dunno? what do u guys suggest?

Learn action script. Buy a book. Im reading flash 5 bible and can cover about 100 pages a day. animations are only the bare surface of flash.

HTML's not a programming language, neither is javascript.
If you've learned javascript, you have a slight advantage in learning actionscript. I've learned actionscript, javascript, DHTML, some C and C++ and basic IRC scripting. I don't know if there's a name for that though. I'm either going to move on to PHP or PERL, once I get some webspace.
