We are voting on what our tag should be since I kind of abrupty picked one for us in the beginning, and then changed it. So, we are currently [ng] / [NG].

While visiting random servers today I saw an ]NG[ clan, and a --{NG}-- clan, so those tags are not to be used.

alt codes are aloud I guess, just nothing too crazy.

People submit what they would like to use.
Then we will pick the one we like the most.

On another note, I want to make a map for CS, but no absolutely nothing about source sdk, and have no map making experience at all.

LC, if we get big, we can always email them and ask them for support. If we advertise in games, or on custom maps then maybe we can get some help from them. Not yet though.

Ya. I made a post about it on the last page. If you see someone doing something in game take a screenshot of it and email it to me.

I wanna suggest we change are name to "Newgrounds Crew" on CS:S since ng clans already exist.

You can join, but I won't let you be a part of our clan if you just want to have a temporary / back up solution if you fail to join a different one. And if you are going to 'fuck around' don't tag your name. If you aren't willing to commit to us, I will still add to you to the xfire list so you get a chance to play with other ngers.

Fine I will stay with you guys and not mess around, though I thought I was strict! Its cool though I appreciate having a clan leader who thinks similariliy to me. Anyways I may have a clan we can also scrim with or at least a server which we could possibly scrim on. My friend is an admin on it and all of their users are on the CS server typically not the Source one (They have a server for CS, CSS, and HL2: D).

Awesome. And note you CAN be a member of another clan, but you can't just drop us for another. I have been a long time member of oracle gaming, but started this recently. But when I play with ngers or outside of oracle, I play as a ng.

Yea, at the moment I am unsure of the clan website that my friend is apart of (I only contact him through school, chat, and the like), though the website for the freelance server ring is: www.ufeelit.com. O yea, and I just finished watchin the CS personalities and the best part has to be the Linkin Park kickin in at da' end. LINKIN PARK 4LIFE!!!

O yea and the IP and everything are on their site its under a dropdown menu. O yea, and btw forgot to add this in the last post, but the last time I played with my friends clan last year they were uber 1337 so the NG clan may need to practice up a bit before we can hope to challenge them.

Don't apologize. Thank you for the extra information. I will stop by their and request a scrimage/ match when the time comes.

Oh, thats not the clan site thats just a server site, though I checked it out, and the server ain't working so I am gonna ask my friend for his clan site and whats up with the server tommorrow so I will make a post in the afternoon tommorrow giving you an update. Oh yea, and my friend probably won't mind me telling you his CSS name, its Coldfire_Trilogy last I checked.

i forgot to mention to explain better that the server site and the clan site are two different ones and I do not know the clan site right now though on second thought, post there anyway at their forums and see if anyone has a clan that is up for a clan match because most of the people who go to the site have clans so its a nice clan hub also

If your Source games stop working, it's because of XFire. XFire conflicts with Steam sometimes and can make some games unplayable. If this ever happens, you should uninstall it.

I think a better idea would be to use AIM or GameSpy Arcade for this, they can't do anything to HL2.

It has happened on occasion but it is no problem. I love xfire and all my gaming peeops have it. It is a requirement for this club, I hope your not too nuerotic about it.

My only problem is getting some maps to work after updates, especially train. :'(

AIM? Thats for chatting with friends, not for gaming. GSA I will check out, but right now will work off of xfire.

hmm...thats weird I have not had a problem yet with xfire other than the fact that it adds 50 ping or so to my ping, but I am running a 3 mpbs connec. so it does not make a difference, though AIM won't work I have tried that with Steam games and they all lag terribly with AIM even for me. I thought xfire was supported by Steam too so I don't see why it wouldn't work with it. Oh yea and I get why you said you played CS sk8r, after CSS is easier than CS though I have been alternating between CSS and CS and XBL games so I think my skills have diminished so I am going to have to start practicing again.
