I used filecloud actually BBM, since the servers were under extreme load though, it was around 38 minutes wait, and 140kbs download. Still, it was downloaded in a couple hours.

Why can't you make it yourself? Download it here. When you get the game, log into your steam account you're about to create, and register the code to that account.
