If you're looking for voice actors, there's the Newgrounds' Voice Acting Club. There's also a roster of all its members, if you want to try handpicking your VA people. Hope this helps!

I can do squall's voice but squall isn't in the script?

I can convert my midi files to wav files if you want to just send me some lines and tell me what tone I should say it in.

um have you played FF8? at the end, squall gets trapped in "time kompression"
thats why its called FF8-the search for squall, but you can still play him later on when they find him
