Im taking interest in learning how to make flash movies so im asking what is a good program that i should use to practice drawings?

I would recommend Flash itself, if you already have it.

Go here and download macromedia flash 2004. It's the best program for flash, hence the applications name flash. You get a 30-day trial and if you like it you can purchase it afterwards. Its pretty expenisve but you can get a student version for alot cheaper, or try e-bay. Then for some tutorials on how to use it, there is a built in one that teaches you some of the tools basic uses. Then try sites like www.tutorialized.com www.nottoxic.com www.flashkit.com www.w3schools.com and soon www.flashtroops.net . That should get you started off, good luck.
