My brand new wireless mouse keeps on messing up. LIke ill be scrolling down a web page and all of a sudden it will stop working. I've changed the batteries and did the troubleshot but i have the same problem. Can anyone help me?

I don't think it's the batteries you have to worry about if it's just the scrolling. The scrolling thing is probably broken.

Does it go in the corner and won't move? If it does that, then change your batteries. Also try taking out your transmitter's plug out of the back of the computer and putting it back in.

is there a red button under the mouse u can push with a pen or something and a button under the keyboard? if so push them both (not nesceraly at the same time) and this will change the channel if needed...

and i also forgot to mention that i will be moving the cursor and it will just stop. Thanks for the tips so far!

Throw it out and buy a logitech. You probably got a cheep shit mouse from Microsoft

im pretty sure its because your receptor is either too far / not in line. or maybe something is causing inteference!

Thanks for the help everyone but Today i bought a new wired mouse and chucked the wireless one.
