Quick note: If anyone wants their AS: topic deleting due to mistakes, so they can recreate it, just email me (denvish[@]newgrounds.com, remove the [ and ]) and I'll do the honours. I'd be happy to do that for your last thread, T-H, but I don't know whether you have it saved in Notepad or not
Posted at: 7/3/05 02:16 PM
I'll copy it, give me 5 minutes and I'll email you, thanks.

aren't mod powers over threads limited to 7 days?

AS:Math - Simple ver1.1
Phew, had to re insert all the HTML tags, its a little better now, except for "Subtraction" is missing a letter. Should be ok.

AS: Math- Intermediate
I found out how the filter works btw , if there are TWO words that only start with caps it leaves the AS in caps, if there is only one, it does not.

Just to let you know, T-H has been banned (by another mod) for 3 days, so don't expect a response any time soon...

What about my AS: Get URL? Is that too basic or something?

If you rewrite it without the errors, I'll be happy to include it. Also, I agree with Inglor, an explanation of _blank, _parent and _self would be good

AS: Output Panel Manipulation
I think it's intermediate, definetly not advanced.

I'm definitely out of the loop, but I've noticed all of these topics cropping up, and I was wondering if there was room for one regarding a volume slider that would consist of play and stop buttons and of course the ability to adjust the volume. I wrote this out a few months ago when the question came up on the forums. If this seems reasonable enough to do, I will post it in a new topic.

Of course, everybody's welcome! I'd like to see more coders getting involved, but most of the main topics have already been covered. Volume slider is a good one, though.

I'm not sure whether Begoner's AS: Maze should be in Intermediate or Advanced...
Posted at: 7/5/05 06:19 PM
Denvish, I think AS: Maze should be in the advanced section.

I think intermediate. The code's long, but the concept isn't advanced. AS: Arrays is also in the intermediate section, and mine's just an example of what you can do with arrays.

This just needs to be stickied.
e-mails Wade 10000000 times begging for sticky
Posted at: 7/6/05 05:52 PM
indeed, stickied would be very good, and the 4 main forum mods support it.

Heh, its been a nice little comunity activity getting it together as well. Everyone contributing their own parts.
Dare I use the word collab?

If you are going to use THAT word around these parts, I'm going to have to request that my entries be removed!

That's why everyone should petition Tom to have get sticky topics in the forums.

I think that Glaiel_Gamer should post the script to his spiral generator.

Cool. Once I get back into the Flash forum (currently on siesta =), I might put together a tut for a Movie Control MC.
