I have made an animation of a man (not a stick man) walking along but would like to have the sound of footsteps, I have this file saved on my Hard Drive as a .wav but when I try to import it it comes up with an error, any help what-so-ever appreciated.

I've had a few problems in the past with Flash and importing sounds, sometimes it just doesn't seem to like them. You could try converting it into an MP3 and then use a program that turns MP3 into sounds for Flash. Though off the top of my head I can't remember the stie for that program, sorry :( Try www.zdnet.com/downloads and search there

I've found the site with the converter program for you (was bored) it's SWIFFTOOLS
