This has been an ongoing problem, but since its not fixing itsself I'm hoping someone here can give me a hand.
When I connect to the wireless router here at my moms house, it connects to AOL DSL (the router does that and keeps the connection alive) *not aol cable, aol dsl is a service they stopped providing but let us keep using it*
I cant view certian, in fact a large amount of websites including large ones such as EBay, Paypal and small ones including my own fucking website.
Its a Netgear WRG router, if that helps... and I have ascess to the control panel (where you type in http://www.routerlogin.net on the wired computer) so I can change settings.
Also, the computer that is wired to the router works with these sites... hmm?
just so you know *last note i swear* when im at my dads house, I connect to the wireless router there and all those sites work fine, without any problem
You need to provide more information please....
What ISP are you using right now?
What is the ip address your computer is getting over the wireless connection? Wired?
What is your SSID on the wireless connection?
Do you have encryption on the connection?
Do you live in an apartment?

Probably the same reason nobody's helping with my post down below, "Linux NAT Mult. Internal IF" or something. We as a group seem to be unknowledgable about networking as a whole.

Yes, it's working.
Suggestion: Try getting Ethereal (should be the first Google result) and look at captured packets to help narrow down the problem. Are you not connecting to the DNS server? Are you getting malformed packets? etc.
Thanks for the link to ethereal, im checking it out right now

A few years back I was doing some work experience with a network engineer at a local high school. We were trying to set up an in-house server for the staff room and connet all the staff computers together.
After a few failed atempts to get it working, he pulls a few plug out of the back, switches them around in it works like a charm. I asked him, "How do you know what goes where." And he replied, "Trial and error. I just keep guessing until it works."
I started laughing because I thought he was joking, but he just stared at me, straight faced 100% serious.
