Best Music Program 2005-02-03 07:46:13 Reply

I am trying to create a horror video, and I want to create each song for the movie. But theres so many music programs out there I dunno which one to use. Can someone help me find a program that
-Let's me create mp3s, etc. not midi
-Best for making scary or horror theme music

Thanks a bunch!

Your best bet is Fruity Loops, but it's not free. Audacity is, but I don't know how good it is. Personally, I use Fruity for, well, loops, SoundForge for individual .wav editing, and Samplitude for virtual studio (others would suggest Reason, Cubase, Cakewalk, CoolEdit, etc)

FL Studio can be used to make entire songs if you know how to use it. If your new to music I would go with FL. The best program in my opinion is Cubase. But you need some $_$ for it as well as experience with music. If I was you I would go to the FL site and DL the demo and see how you like it. It doesnt save anything being its a demo but at least you can see what you are capable of.
