Kids, stop fighting. My point is, that when in doubt, it is better to give a lower mark, it is okay to blam crappy flash instead of protecting it, because some 7-year-old wrote 'Uu, my first flash, please don't blam, IMO, LOL, OMG". Are You with me , people?

No one is with you, since you totally missed the point before.
I would say a high percentage of first flash get blammed with out anyone even to try to organize anything around it. So why even bother.
People do not give break based on age and author saying it is his first.
Heck I know people if they see those words first flash expect to see crap.
So in the end just go vote what you feel the flash deserves and leave it at that.
