How does it work? I'm sure there are different corporate branches in different countries and I guess Behemoth has to kind of start over when it comes to pitching a release in Europe; it's a different audience, so I'm sure things are released on video games in different ways.

Thats a tad bit back wark for both the US and Europe, they get it for the Xbox, while we XB owners look at them gloating about it....while the Euro GCN owners are pissed that they wont get it over there while we laugh are asses off....it seems that only the PS2 owners are the only ones getting praise on both sides of the antlantic.

Tom... i was reading this, my hopes, my joys were jumping. Reaching new heights. Alien Homid to Euro! But after hearing that no Gamecube version would be released. I cried inside. I know that this game is meant to be played on GC. Not Xbox.

Well, the TV standards are different in Europe and the US. The US (and Japan) use the NTSC standard, which uses less pixels on the screen than the Europe standard, which is PAL. Anyway, the effect is that games made for US TV's won't work in Europe, and vice versa. Same for DVD's.
