You're kidding yourself. Europe is a myth taught to American children so they have someone to blame for all the world's problems, just like Catholicism.

Of course it is, we just have to keep waiting, like some people waited an extra year for 'Underworld'
If so, will it be on Xbox?
If the pattern continues, then yes, it'll be on Xbox and GC...
Damn, my friends only got a PS2...
Signature in progress.
Pray there isn't a strike in the meantime.

If they could, I'm sure that they would just have it published for every console, but it's not as simple as that. :)
How does it work? I'm sure there are different corporate branches in different countries and I guess Behemoth has to kind of start over when it comes to pitching a release in Europe; it's a different audience, so I'm sure things are released on video games in different ways.
If you or Tom could explain this to us, I'm sure lots of us would like to hear more....

As I understand, this is up to the publishers. So there's no need to get pissed at Tom. It's not his fault.
And to my fellow Australians, just order it from Amazons UK website or something. It's still PAL.
Thats a tad bit back wark for both the US and Europe, they get it for the Xbox, while we XB owners look at them gloating about it....while the Euro GCN owners are pissed that they wont get it over there while we laugh are asses off....it seems that only the PS2 owners are the only ones getting praise on both sides of the antlantic.
Who cares about gamecube, all they are is a dear paperweight
I DON'T WANNA SOUND GAY OR NUTHIN', BUT THAT SHIT IS HOT!!

Well why can't they tell us why? Seems like they would have known people would be asking this...a lot.

This is almost as exciting as hearing Ashlee Simpson sing at a half-time show!

I do hope you know you're going to be a millionaire, Tom. A COOL MILLIONAIIRE! With 20 wives! Yay for Newgrounds!
Tom... i was reading this, my hopes, my joys were jumping. Reaching new heights. Alien Homid to Euro! But after hearing that no Gamecube version would be released. I cried inside. I know that this game is meant to be played on GC. Not Xbox.
Please, please! Release a Euro GC Version! Not X-Box!
Are they encoded differently over there? Or do you just need someone to produce and distribute them over there for it to be profitable in any way? I'm just wondering why you need a UK version as opposed to shipping some over there.

Well, the TV standards are different in Europe and the US. The US (and Japan) use the NTSC standard, which uses less pixels on the screen than the Europe standard, which is PAL. Anyway, the effect is that games made for US TV's won't work in Europe, and vice versa. Same for DVD's.
Cool. Thanks. It's nice to see people write meaningful things every once in a while, instead of 'meh, I could care less'. I appreciate the info.
