Yes, but Emos, like the chavs, would climb into their (pimped) Novas and drive around, playing music with heavy bass and not caring for any other road users.

Thou need not trouble thine self, QuikFox. The EGC is always quiet and polite and never causes problems. Therefore, it will never be locked.

Huzzah!
Ted, my good man. For this, I shall make you an honourary Englishman. You now have the right to say tally ho, whenever one feels like it and drink as much tea as you like.

Ah, you children think you have it easy from now on.
When you have to get up at 7:00 AM to go to work 9-5 every day, you'll realise you might just have been better off at school, with nothing like hard work to do.

Yes, the Manchester United Buckaneers played against Arsenal. They weren't robbed, because they couldn't finish off what they started. The Arsenal goal keeper, Jens Lehman played a blinder, keeping out, plus that Ronney chap wasn't up to much when it came to finishing.

Terriffic race! Even the qualifying, yesterday was good, when Ralf Schumacher brushed the wall, shattering his suspension on the left front wheel.
Kimi Raikkonen drove a masterful race, keeping the Renault of Fernando Alonso behind him when he needed it most (the start) and driving off into the sunset. Alonso is only 22 points ahead of Raikkonen in the chamnpionship, so things are getting really interesting, as the European season hots up.

One felt it was one's duty to draw attention to the New series of Doctor Who in this rather spiffing topic. Does one not agree that the New Series are rather splendid, much surpasing that rather dreadful American 1990's version? I felt that the latest episode in the program was rather good, that empty child was probably even scarier than the Daleks.

The Empty child was bloody well frightening. If I'd seen that when i was younger I would have jumped behind the sofa and hid. Thought I must sya that bit where the gas mask kid was outside the door and thew doctor was talking to it sent a shiver up my spine. I'm never going to look at gas masks the same and if I ever here a kid say " Are you my mommy?" I'm going hit it with the closest thing that resembles a weapon.

I would have liked to watch the latest series of Doctor Who, but unfortunately, as I was / will be working for the duration of the series, I'm unable to watch them.

That is what the wonder of DVD's is for my good man. Either that or just record it or wait fr it to be repeated on BBC 3 at some point....or maybe UK GOLD.

One suggests a very, very heavy lead pipe. Like in Cleudo. Ah, Cleudo, how you solve most of life's problems.
Yes, I agree though Doctor Who is brilliant, although I feel rather dejected that both Christopher Eccleston (the "Girning man") and Billie Piper are both leaving after such a good run.

I reccommend you promptly either rent or buy Volume one of the series, available now. The best episode on it is probably "Unquiet Dead" with Charles Dickins making an apperance.

Billie Piper is leaving? I hadn't heard that? The BBC confirmed she was staying on for the 2nd series I thought?

I can't find them amusing. I write really fast, and think really fast so I end up finishing the paper with like an hour to wait. So I'm just sitting there for an hour staring at a clock/singing Bohemian Rhapsody in my head.

I thought you were allowed to leave an exam once you've finished. I always did and never regretted it at all.

Yes and no. She'll appear in the first couple of episodes, then drop out and be replaced with a new assistant.
(Also on GCSE exam leave :)
Just to make it clear to anyone not in range of the new Doctor Who, the 'empty child' thing is to do with a 'physical plague'. The kid was in the landing area of a space capsule, and died, then came back to life, and now everyone who makes physical contact with him grow the same injuries and their face forms into a gas mask. (One of the freakier parts of the episode) I'm more-or-less guessing at the actual plot, but the conclusion is on Saturday anyway.
