You know, I just wondered how long it would be before someone decided to bring either that game, (for the obscure reference) or more properly Deliverance up.

I shall up the ante. Why do we not duel with Xylophones?

Ah Deliverance, what a fantastically epic movie. I havent seen it in years though. I learnt the dueling banjos bit with my friend on guitar a few years ago, can't remember most of it now but it was great fun.

That is fucking epic. DONKEYS ARE ALIENS. But he is playing it on a piano so I call shenanigans.

Okay, so we will get Patrick Moore in to perform this epic piece. With full orchestral backing!

And I've had a miserable time tonight where the truth has struck my ideal a hard blow.

Harsh stuff - not quite as bad as White Lightning that we used to drink in the summer over a game of basketball, but still pretty potent ;)

Most of my stuff is still at my flat. I've got until 5th July to be out so it's all good. And after 11:32AM tomorrow I'll no longer be a teenager. Sad times :(

Prolonged periods of examination can do this to a rational chap. Accountancy is the same, so spare a thought for people about to undergo accountancy examinations.

Congratulations. Take a short break.

When we met at the meet, I was on an accountancy course. I'm not saying that it was a bad idea at all - the job prospects at the moment are bleak, but that's the story everywhere, sadly.

I just found that the course was far too much talking about what roles accountants fill, rather than the actual number crunching, to be honest. Give me double entry and I can make a real fist of it :)

To be fair, my dissertation will be quite good as I'm looking at the affects of political satire in shaping peoples political behaviour. Watching South Park and calling it research FTW!

Well, I can think of better things to watch - Team America will also be something that you can watch for your 'research'

If it's anything like fluoride, it might have some decent applications in things like toothpaste :P

Yes chaps, at 11:32AM in 1989 on this day I popped out of my mother. And some reason my family thought it would be rather spiffing to have a garden party. And I got some money because I didn't have a clue what I wanted. And I got a big caik, but I ain't sharing.

Well, one game down, one spectacular loss - no-one seems willing to let me bowl unless we're in a nothing game situation. Just great!

After getting destroyed for 85 in our innings, we were promptly knocked over inside 15 overs. Credit to the opponents, they offered us a little 10x10 knock about, which we duly agreed to. We posted a total of 96 this time off our allotted 10 overs, then I finally got hold of the ball and was hit for seven runs in the first five balls, before removing the one opener's bails neatly.

Suffice to say, we won this slightly closer encounter by 16 runs. Much better.

Happy Birthday BobbaQ!
