Well my flashes get blammed sometimes but their fine and funny me thinks...the problem lies with the lag during the Flash...I know you guys probably here this a lot but how do I stop this lag from happening in my Flash when I submit it?

if you make a loading bar the lag should be considerably low. either that or try not to have too much going on screen at a time.
