Lol. How do you want to modify it? Make it faster or slower, warped, Darth Vader like, hollow, computerized...etc.?

Audacity is not bad as a free program but if you dont mind spening like 80$ or something you might want to get roxio. it is a great program for burning cds, dvds, and has alot of audio modification options.
