Guess what - we've been having server issues! On to the news...

The front page news got sorta whiped out when the server took a dump, so here is some fun reads to fill it back up a little.

First, check out this article on Kimble - he was a computer securities guy with a really cool web site back in the day, but now he has been arrested in Thailand for hacking. Interesting relevance - the Flash animation on his old site was by the same guy who made HATE here on NG!

And now some HILARIOUS news from Infobeat...

Pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS stormed out of her plush hotel in London when she learned fierce rival PINK was staying there too.

The American superstar flew into a rage when she was greeted by posters of the R&B star at the entrance of the $2,000-a-night ST MARTIN'S LANE hotel.

And when she heard the GET THE PARTY STARTED singer would be her neighbor for the next two nights, she and her entourage stormed off - ignoring pleas from the hotel's manager - and booked into the $6,600-a-night IMPERIAL SUITE at the MANDARIN ORIENTAL in Knightsbridge.

This is just TOO GOOD. She couldn't stand the thought of sharing a $2000 hotel with another female pop-star, so she had to re-confirm her queen-b status by staying in a hotel for more than 3x the price. You showed her, Britney! Ya putz!

Hmmm... So in NG news... Remember how I talked about remaking an old Neo Geo game in Flash? Well, I'm back on top of that and it is coming along GREAT! When it is done, I may be interested in tackling an even bigger conversion... But I will need sprite rippers to help me, cuz all this sprite ripping is making my fingers bleed!

Oddly enough, since you brought up ripped graphics, I'm working on a sprite-based game- it took forever and a week to rip all of the sprites. (I still have to find a few more to finish.) I'm pretty psyched; it should be done in a few weeks. I'll probably have to pester you to set up high score lists for it on NewGrounds. ;)
