ringo came after their first durmmer died, thats all i know

Actually it was there first bass player Stuart Stucliffe (not sure if thats how you spell his last name) who died. They fired Pete Best there first drummer so they could have Ringo cause hes a bad motherfucker.

Yeah I know. That is one of the reasons why I have stopped listening to american music besides some bands, The Beatles being one of them.

I have sorta done the same thing but i havent really stopped listening to american music i just stopped listening to the radio (which i used to listen to all the time)... Now i go to sites like purevolume and listen to all different types of music but unknown (or known) artists, its pretty cool but i do see why you stopped listening to american music....

Yes it is somewhat over used, but it's still a good song. Can't Buy me Love is a good one as well, but I still stick with Across the Universe.

Heh, I can make a cheap one that is semi-good for you if you want me to take a shot at it. Of course, you'll have to tell me what you want on it.

No freaking idea... I just like their music and i really liked the exhibit at the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame especially all the stuff from when John died...

On another note... Well speaking of Ringo Star, have any of you seen the band he is in? Where he sings?
