Hey did you know you can only make 4 new threads a Day?
i don't wunder at all, Tom wouldn't sell it I don't think...

I think you affliate with the site, not buy shares of it. and I think NG is invaluable to Tom, so he wouldn't cough anything up.

Oh. Given NG covers it's own costs quite aptly, and probably supports a combo of Admins, it's not making a great deal of money.
So, it probably hasn't had a public offering, meaning you can't buy up any stock at this point.
Tom would probably sell it.
After all, it's just a website.
There aren't even shares.. this isn't wall street. Newgrounds doesn't even have stock it's just an independent website.
It depends on if NG is considered a business corporation or not. And in the case that they have stock, hypothetically, if you own the majority of the total shares you gain control of the corporation. I doubt you would possess that kinda cash, though. And I doubt the Fulps would let that happen.
Ive asked these questions before, how much to buy shares, if any, would Tom accept money inturn for modship, a friend asked me to ask this on AIM, not telling who though ;) and similar things. But it all got dragged down below the "great" topics like "typoe your name with your cock" and "Were dinosaurs really real?" fucking fags.

To end the speculation... I would probably love being a miserable bastard if I ever gave up Newgrounds. Despite all the troublesome users, there is a real community here that I depend on and love. It was the NG community that supported Alien Hominid through development to store shelves.
I don't have any intentions to sell Newgrounds. However, I do live in fear of the lawsuit that may some day destroy everything... So a part of me things, if I was ever offered $100 million for the site, I would have to consider just walking away from the liabilities. I could start a new site and not have any banner ads and it would be just like the good old days.
But no, I wouldn't sell it for a million bucks or even several million bucks. Back before the automated Portal had launched (back when Newgrounds was popular based on my own Flash content), I was made several serious offers. One was for $3.5 million and another was for $7 million.
I didn't sell Newgrounds because I believed in the long run, I would be happier for it. Who knows if I'll ever have a million dollars, but I'm doing just fine at the moment and am still happy with my decision.
