Press catalog, then enter Skrewdriver in Quick find. If you're into nazi punk, Micetrap is the place to be.

Oh, they aren't Nazis.
Nazis hate degenerate art.
I should point out that I'm not racist, and I actually encourage immigration.

You're a facist. Which doesn't mean racism, but belief in the superiority of ones country. I myself am an borderline anarchist, I think the world would be better without countries. But it would be hard to implent, so I vote left.

Yeah, something that large can't be easily done over a short period of time.
Are you familiar with the Anarcho-Syndicalists ? TRhey believed that the best way to overthrow Capitalism was to encourage as many discontented workers to join their union. All the unions would then organise a simultaneous strike. They believed this would crash the economic system and the Capitalists would lose control of the means of production.
Fast and safer than revolution, but still not safe.
I am pretty sure that my authoritarianism stems from my instinctual need to protect my nephew and niece. Of course, I have always had an authoritarian personality, but I have not always been authoritarian.

Yeah. It's part of my drive to be cultured. I will read books by people who vehemently hate racism, at the same time, I am currently reading 'Mein Kampf'.

Disharge are for pussies.
Real men give up listening to music, because nothing is too hardcore for them.
A sideward on Anarchism. It's quite amusing, but the Fascists and the Anarcho-Syndicalists were mutually supportive early on in their movements.
That's not too unusual though, Communist parties worked with the Nazi party before there was the brief allience with Russia.
But we probably shouldn't dwell much on politics. We are all bound to disagree, which makes the continued existence of Punk clubs and threads difficult.
Back on the music side, are any of you familiar with the No Wave scene ?
I am listening to Red Transistor - 'Not Bite' at the moment, and it is wunderbar!
It is available on the 'New York Noise Vol. 2' compilation.

Yes, I harvest Anarcho-Syndicalist ideals. I feel that the modern civilisation is too big a burden for the nature, and brings in-equality. In my utopia, there would be no big cities, and people would live in small village-like communities, and everything would be done in syndikation ie. total democracy, work shared equally. It worked in Spain for a while. Then came France, with the aid of Mussolini and Hitler, I might add.

Gutter Snipe, The Righteous and Blood For Blood. Even if the last one maybe counts as HC (I tend to not categorize stuff). :)

I would say my favourite is either Anti-Flag or The Unseen.
Favourite song from Anti-Flag: Turncoat.
Favourite song from The Unseen: Scream Out.

Doesn't it suck that each time we have political conversations you will have to point out the difference between Anarchism and Nihilism and that I will have top do the same with Fascism and Nazism.

Well since ZeroAsaLimit helped me discover that this thread isn't dead (yet), I want to talk about a band that I recently discovered. They're called Choking Victim. It's the most amazing thing I've ever heard. It's a mix of Punk and Ska. It's reminds me of old Anti-Flag, a little Bad Brains and Less Than Jake (But not very poppy). Some songs I would recommend are "Money" "Crack Rock Steady" and "Infested". Those are just a few but most of their songs are great except for "Living the Law".
This isn't your ordinary ska either. It's pretty dark. Some songs are about death and other emo-like subjects. But they aren't anywear near emo. They don't do"You broke up with me now I'm gonna cut myself". Some of their songs like "Love Song" may look a lot like another emo clone but the sound and message is completely different.
This is one of the bands that keeps me hopeful for the future of punk.
<3 for ZAAL for posting in my thread a lot.
If you want a better explanation of this band look up a thread I wrote called "Dark ska" or something close to that.

Funny that you mention Choking Victim. They broke up, and now the same members are in a band called Leftover Crack. I was going to mention them as I read the topic title. Check them out.

Well they had to have had some member change or else they would be just changing the name of the band.

Stza and Ezra, the Vocalist and Guitarist, respectively, formed Leftover Crack. After the break up of CV, Ezra also went on to form Morning Glory with Luck Strano, Guitarist for the World/Inferno Friendship Society, and INDK with the drummer from Choking Victim, along with LOC.
Check out INDK and Morning Glory, too.

There are basically three punk rock bands that seem to be the best, the stand outs, the ones that got punk going. They are The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, and The Clash. They were all great in their own way. The Ramones have the fun feeling to it, The Sex Pistols were the pure essence of punk, and The Clash would make you think, just rock out, seemed like pure rebellion, and they had incredible musical and lyrical skills. The Sex Pistols are my personal favorite.
But we can't forget these bands:
Dead Kennedys
Iggy and the Stooges
New York Dolls
MC5
And many others.

Those are two of the greatest punk bands.
Oh, and I'm only bumping because I was seeing if anyone on Newgrounds listened to any good 80's hardcore.
And plus, I haven't posted in a long time.
