Ah ha, I'm back! I know that AE is old news now, but you don't have to read the first part of this post if you don't want.
Frogs: Glad to hear nothing went awry while you were staying in THE worst part of Vancouver, but I've heard that car theft is more likely to happen in Surrey, the outermost part of Vancouver. We were wondering what happened to you after you left to put your bag in your car... Kagome, Angela and I went to the dance thing maybe 10-20 mins after you left, but when we found out it was cancelled we went to the gaming room. After that we got escorted back to their town house (even though I'm an adult in Canada). The_Zodiak and Shaun (sp?) were doing the drunk and disorderly thang and although it was hilarious to watch, I decided to call it a night. It was kind of creepy walking around the campus when there was absolutely noone around. I wish I could've stayed for the Sunday panel, it sounded like fun, but I had to get on an early flight. And I apologize for not helping with the panel and not being more talkative. Even though I'm an AVA I'm actually very quiet >_<;
Kagome: Congrats on Miss Dynamite and everything else. The explanation for Eva's voice changing made me laugh. And now you're back at work on the Sensi-Con too?... You never stop do you? :P
VAC: I'm glad to see that you guys were able to keep the flaming down while I was gone. It makes reading all the pages I missed a lot nicer. There were a few cases of some rude and rather pointless posts, but they can't be helped. You guys are doing a bang up job and it shows a lot of class to not get sucked into the flames!
Also, the only thing I've found with voice acting and beverages is not to drink milk. There are some types of voices that it can help, but for the most part, it's just not a good idea to drink it, what with the coating of your throat and all. FYI, the kinds of voices that milk helps with are ones that need to sound "flemmy" so it's not that useful. Since I don't have magical tea or fruit or anything like that, I usually just drink some water and rest my voice when it gets sore.
