So i'm just letting everyone know so that people won't think i've abandoned the VAC. i'm still here. i'm waaay open for any roles y'all might want to cast me for *lol*, i just won't be glued to the BBS 24/7. But then, what else is new, right?

Everyone of the VAC: There is a question that seems to be boggling my mind, so I'll just ask it. I appreciate the fact that D-mac, TripleArrow and possibly others take the time to make the "first page post" (unlike myself)... but should they even be posted anymore? I mean.. hardly anyone looks at it, seeing as a lot of newcomers seem to be posting WITHOUT GOD DAMN DEMOS! It's getting very annoying. Can't people see that there are many, many pages after the first one and that there are possible changes to the first rules of this club? Are they that lazy to take a look at the few latest pages? Err. Though it does make each page look a bit nice when posted first, it seems to be serving no real purpose, 'cept to be completely ignored. I think the only solution is to somehow get a Mod or someone to edit the post on joining, though I doubt that'll happen anytime soon. *le sigh*

Oh, and if anyone didn't notice or even cares, my resume has been dressed up in a new layout. I think it looks nicer now than it did with the other one.

And that's all I've to share tonight. Now, it's sleepy time for me.

Elliair :I've been sayin that for some time now.. i think it's better to bar those members from any recognition until u do see a demo.

Elliar: In the meantime, until the first page gets edited, you could always send emails to these noobs with a sound attachment of a dragon demon voice that informs them that because they have not paid heed to the rules of the VA that it has been summoned to come and collect their soul so that the infernal beings may play with it like silly putty for all eternity until it is old, and hardened and filled with animal hair from being dropped so many times on the infernal carpets of Hell. At which point they shall be fed to the infernal toilets of Hell and forgotten for the rest of time. Its just a thought, but maybe they would get the point then. ;)

I don't get it either. I mean I read the first couple of pages of the VA posts way back when too, but I also read the last couple of pages too, and I wasn't even looking to join. I was trying to look for rules for producers for getting auditions from members. However, like it is said, common sense is not very common. I feel your pain. Good luck on getting the first page changed!

Man this is just sad.....the no post W00t I can join but I aint got a sample even though I read the rules thing is getting old.... Ell I say that if anyone is up to the 1st page post they should do it, maybe for every 50 bad posts there'll be 2 good apples who follow the rules and totally rock? Thought I'd drop in and check up on the happenings of the VA clubhouse. It seems that as a VAC we are cursed to forever be haunted by people with no samples...

Speaking of samples, I still have to finish my new one. I was all ready to do some hardcore recording yesterday, but I totally forgot it was fathers day...
Anyways, I spent the day with my daddy and ironically enough, we ended up in a (somewhat) professional recording studio. My dad used to be in a band back in the day so he has friends in the music bizz. It would be AWESOME if I could just go there every time I wanted to record something, but alas, I am forever bound to this computer and accursed mic :(

Oh yeah, I'm still hard at work on the VAC logo as well as my flash. I hope to finish my latest flash soon but I have to redraw the characters because somehow someone used a style almost identical to mine. As an artist I can't let that happen, so I'm doing it all in a new style. Shouldn't set me back too far, but I thought I'd tell everyone waiting for one of my flashes to come out that it's going to take longer...

can some1 help me with my flash? I need an actor who can do sonic

It's clear, and includes a variety of voices, all of which I really enjoyed listening to you portray. The background music that you chose was very good, too. I can't really complain much about this demo of yours, so if I were Omahdon, I'd add you on to thy NGVAC Rostah!

WOOT!!! I Commend you, good sir!!! You are the first person in months that I know of who actually has a voice sample, and its really good! As long as you try to be an active member (Example of an inactive member would be someone who posts once and never again, doesn't try to get very many VA jobs and just all around disappears off the face of the planet) you'll be a shoe-in! When I saw that someone posted ANOTHER frickin profile, I thought it would be one of those retards that we get about 5 times a day who only read the first page and post a crappy profile with no voice sample and when we tell them that they MUST have one they get all pissed off. It is just so nice to see someone who actually seems to have read the rules and took the time to make a good voice sample. I thought I'd have to get after someone AGAIN for breakin' all da rules but looks like we won't have to, thank you.

Alright, I'm looking for a young male or an actor who can sound like one between the ages of 10 and 13. The role is one of the most important and would span over 2 or 3 flashes, so I need someone willing to play the role for the whole ride. Any takers?

No one is going to tell you about it. BUT you can go read all the info you need on the subject the Elliair was so kind enough to compile here.

Never mind. I can't host, I am to incompitent to find a place to host. They either cost money(which I can't spare) or couldn't hold the file(5mb of space per file isn't enough for a 22.3 mb file) and as for the send it to one of those 2, there's something wrong wiht my computer that won't let it send files as attachment. They can only be sent through the MSN Messanger! SO nvm about me joinin the club. There is no chance that will ever happen!
