If you had to name the five most notable NG artists of 2004, who would they be? You can base your list on any number of factors, just be sure it is based on the accomplishments of this past year. It can include artists who only submitted one thing, or artists who submitted lots of stuff.
I won't say what this is for just yet... I also won't list some of the artists I have in mind. I want to gauge the response from users. Post your top five list to this thread!

Phil Collins: Ray Part Two, and I Miss you Daddy, for using interactivity, and brilliant production to a whole new level/
Adam Phillips: Prowlies at the River, for it's amazing audio, graphics, and storytelling.
Super Flash Brothers: DOVG 2 and Another Day 5 & 6, excellent use of scripting and animation, and humor.
RobH6: Fallen Angel, for having the best graphics and audio EVER in a flash film, a man who used every pixel on flash, awsome job.
Krinkels: Madness Apotheosis, for having the best action in a movie and using good use of the chicken dance song.

1) chluaid for submitting his awesome work on NG. probably the best animation on the portal right now. (Bitey of Brackenwood series, hitchHiker flashes)
2) sakupen for submitting refreshing stuff on NG. His flashes are really different from the others and nobody knew him before he submitted Dad's home and Walk-smash-walk.
3) MindChamber from becoming an unknown (well, he was unknown by many people even if he was there before 2004) artist to a really respected one with very good animation in his flashes. I also like his awesome games. (Taipan 3000 SE, Alloy: Arena and Pico's Unloaded are his flashes that I noticed.)
4) jack-sellington A new artist with a weird style, good animation, etc. He was unknown until recently. I don't even remember if he submitted anything before this year. (Story of a bear, Dead Love, NG horror show)
5) Master Samus for a huge improvement. First flash from him without sticks that I noticed: A Super Mario Story I. He continued his Killing Spree series which has good animation and nice special effects. I can't wait for the next episode of that series.
People that could deserve a mention:
Dave Teatro (banana phone), David Firth (milkman and salad fingers... he's not on my top 5 because I don't like his work), AloneInTheDark (alive), Granfaloon (I think that his work has improved during this year) and finally Piconjo for obvious reasons. Nobody can browse this site during a whole week without noticing the cool work that Piconjo has made and of course the trouble that he has caused.
Adam Phillips: Greatest new flash artist.
Dan Paladin: This year was Dan's year. Artist for AH, great flash animations, all around greatness.
SickSexFiend: Not mainstream totally but still very good animator.
-Knox-: A good year for him, became better at claymation and gained more popularity.
David Firth: For introducing a new popular charactor, Salad Fingers. Also he has flash talent.
Piconjo would be the person of the year though.

1. Anthony and Robert (Klacid) Hurrel... Producers of Love Hina and Galaxy Angel RPGs and several other notable things.
2. Kringles... Producer of Madness Interactive and the Madness Series.
3. Joe Cartoon... Obviously (For the wickedly hiarious stuff.)
4.James Farr... For his Production of Xombie
5. IWillPress... For the production of many Neurotically Yours Cartoons over the course of the year. (No matter how annoying Foamy is.)

1. Charliezero, For making an heartwarming flash movie that really touched me called "My Angel"
2. Adam Phillips, for the unreal level of animation, something nearly unbeatable.
3. James Farr, for the xombie series that's the best flash series I've ver seen.
4. KriNn, for making my games look stupid EVERY time he shows me something else he programmed.
5. Dan Paladin, for the awesome movies I saw of him this year such as synj vs horrid and making a console game in the same time!
