It's not as bad as mass votes but you should vote what you think it deserves. Why can't people take their time to vote? Anyway, if you voted many times on overtime then you would only have 1 vote to do before depositing the experience.
They do change the score but it won't necessarily appear on your screen. The score of a submission isn't 2.55, it's more like 2.5496 or 2.5513... well, you know what I mean. You are changing the score unless the submission had a score of 4.0000 and you voted 4...

I always watch the UJ movies, but smetimes you watch it for 10 seconds and see a stick man walking around in thin air and know it is a 0.
mmm I usuall vote 1 for those unless it's total crap. As long as you watch it and judge like it should be, where is the problem?
