I was asking a friend back in Middle School what a bunch of funny websites were; He told me to go to Killfrog.com, Albinoblacksheep.com, and of course, Newgrounds.com...

...I've never really gone back to the other two since...

(Mostly because Killfrog hasn't done anything NEW at all lately and I've seen everything he's done. Plus, Albinoblacksheep has a bunch of flashes that jump out at you and ME NO LIKEY FRIGHTENING FLASHES!!!...NG Rocks....)

I was in another forum, adn someone posted a topic about something called Salad Fingers and how fucking freaky it is. They made it because it was the same day that SF4 came out, which was a while ago. I came here and saw all of the Salad Fingers, and I've been a member ever since. I thought SF5 wouldn't come out for a month or so since the day I joined was the day SF4 came out, I never imagined it would take this long. This week I finally got to see SF5.

I saw one of my friends surfing newgrounds. That's what gotten me into newgrounds in the first place.

I used to love the assassin section than i moved on to the toon section and later the portal it self.

MY brother showed me the site back in 1998, then he moved to Oxford, and my parents moved to Arlington, and I stayed in Long Beach.

With no computer to use.

I floundered about for the next 3 years, until I finally moved up here to Virginia to live with my family again.

My brother followed suit, and moved up here too, in 2001.

It was only until my brother moved up here and showed me the site again, which I had completely forgotten about, having no computer of my own, did I realize how awesome it was the first time I had seen it, and also noticing al the changes that had been made form 1998 to 2002.

When I visited the site, since I had an apartment with him, I would just use his account, and deposit experience points for him.

I decided to get my own account after a year, since I would be helping myself out more, since I would not be living with him much longer.

Now he's so far ahead of me, and a mod too. It makes me sick, every time I think of it.

Meh, oh well.

I really can't remember how I discovered NG. It just feels like a part of me now! :)

The portal has always been the reason I keep coming back here. To see artists' work and to submit my own. It has given me a reason to work harder on Flash projects, so I can submit something that everyone might find interesting!

Back in like 2001 my friend abay and I were smoking some really good weed. ( i dont smoke anymore, but that's beside the point) anyway, we were really high and he goes to ng and says "you gotta check this shit out" we watched blundercats and star wars rap and all types of movies I'll never forget. My friend when i was back at school showed me it at 14... When nothing was complecated but simple and funny. I remember Street Life, Scrotum, all the Elian controversy, Star Wars Gangsta Rap, some EvilDave stuff (like Dirty Sanchez).
