Advanced Drawing Help!

Please If anyone could help me! I'm great with Flash as an actionscripter. I can make any type of script for a game and these types of stuff. But I am horrible at drawing! I tryed some of the posts here for drawing but they didn't help me much. I love all you guys artwork especially here at the forums. Unlike most guys who post here, I don't want someone else to do my sketches and animations for me while I just give Ideas. I want to do it! ME! ME! ME! :D
So to make my question short. Can you guys give me any tips or web-sites I can visit for advanced drawing in Flash?
