I, as many of you may know, am a pretty damn good cook, and I make some awesome sauces. One of these sauces is a hot sweet barbecue marinade for making beef jerky. So far so normal, right?
Well, the last few times I've made jerky, I've been eating some of the meat raw witha little sauce while I prepare the rest for drying. I hear it's called steak tar tar (sp?) or something.
Well, anyways, the problem here is that I'm beginning to like eating raw beef more than jerky, roast or steak.
Is this sick? Or yummy?
