I've never heard of that program, but You can try a program called Goldwave... I know you can do it in goldwave.

gold wave suks man! ok yes you can change your voice with audacity and it is probably the best program... its free too everything about it is free!!! you can change pitch of your voice speed, tempo, you can cut out noise like you know fuzz and crap like that its got everything so use that! and you can get it by going to google or yahoo or w/e and type in audacity download and then hopefully itll come up.

It depends because it is a canadian-based program. In Canandian currency, it is $55. It totals to about $45 in the US. I only search the site. I did not bought it, and may not plan to. Judging from the other people, I say that it is a good voice changing program.
