Yes it is actually. The AAH are allowed to post links. I think there's limitations but they're allowed to post at least if it's not too graphic amd they often do.

To clear things up; It's not against the rules to post hentai links, or any porn links at that. However, if you don't give a warning that there is nudity, you can get banned because somebody could click it at school without knowing, and get in trouble. So, posting porn links is allowed only if you give a warning first.
