Personally i've gotten about 16 BLAMs in one day and about 10 protects in one day. Not much I know but the following days the movies I voted 0 on got BLAMmmed. So I guess the only thing I needed was patience. :)

Patience brings it's own rewards. All you have to do is know when and where to strike, as long as you watch it first if possible. If it is in the red, fire away.

I'm doing quite well. Most of my blams and protects came from today.
I usually protect the unblammable otherwise, it's a waste of a free point.

I've made it my personal policy to ALWAYS watch a movie before I rate or review it. I also watch all the way through until the end no matter how crappy the beginning is. I hold no bias against authors and always vote fairly. Even if I know a movie is gonna get BLAMmed I still vote what I think of and not what will get it BLAMmed.

We have had this discussion on the BC forums a few times already. We just figure that there is no way everyone is going to agree on one song for the theme.
It's a great idea, but the musical tastes of the club are just too diverse.
