AS TOLD BY FOUNDER MI4_REAL_2001

MI4_REAL_2001 arrives at Newgrounds from a link from a system of message boards. The first movie I heard of? KILL THE DUCK HUNT DOG! Six days later, he creates a profile and surfed NGs, and watched some movies. I then got into heavy watching and reviewing...

About two months later, I get involved in a flame war with some hothead that went by the name of "enraged", only for stating my dislike for terrorists. Later I met Dude4U on the boards, and eventually, I tried to make all the most recent posts mine, lol. Eventually we started talking to each other using the topics as our own little chatting area.

A while later then found a red portal entry and nailed it. YEAH! First BLAM! I got a few more. Eventually I wanted to help nail all this crap with a little help from Dude4U, so we eventually AIMed and emailed.

But I wanted to gather a small group (or try) by making a topic on the general to make it easier, and quicker. So I make this topic the day or day after I even find out there are other forums besides the public one! It was met with sarcasm and hostility (typical) but TomisMyHero (now TomismyClock) joined up first. Others followed. Eventually we became a small group of organized BLAM seekers with an objective, clean up the Portal and regulate it.

Little did I know how popular it was get...Not only did I exceed -bomb- a NG vet's expectations of it's growth, GREATLY, but mine as well. I never thought it would get beyond 20-30 members (more than I can say for -bomb-) but it is now a 208 member group and it seems that we have made NGs history.

I never thought I was capable of a 20 person rally,let alone 200. Now a large dediacated, professional looking group with a military style theme, the CRAP fight takes a big turn, there have been lots more BLAMs from our activities, and the war still continues.

I will have to word that better later. Here is the short version, just the gist of it.

I met Dude4U via the public forum, we chatted via the boards, and eventually through IM/Email. I stated the idea and we did team BLAMming. I wanted to take it to a larger scale, I looked for -bomb- via author search,which led me to the General board, which I never knew existed. To my dismay, he had no public email, so I made this topic to get a group of BLAM seekers to help me. I only expected 10-30 members. The BLAM club unfolded to an organized 200+ member group. And thus history was born.
