Okay, I went nuts overnight and decided to see if I could do something that would help us along. I do a little PHP/MySQL and HTML junk in my free time. This is a work in progress, but take a look:

I've still got a few things to implement, but the hard part's done. There's a database to keep crap movies, that we can add to. Kind of a "running tally" of what needs to be voted on. Once I'm finished, it will auto-update to remove entries that have been shitcanned.
There's also a database that keeps the member information and everything pertaining to it. There's an administration interface for managing this stuff, and I can give administrative access to whomever is deemed necessary.
Basically, it's a "condensed," organized version of what's happeneing in this forum. Once I get the PHP coding out of the way, I may implement a forum on the sheltered-life site.
Currently, there's no requirement to log in in order to submit a target movie. Unless there's substantial abuse of the site, I intend on keeping it that way to cut down on server strain, but I don't think an anonymous submission method is going to last long.
If you see something broken, it's most likely being worked on at the moment. Check it out and let me know if it's workable. The blam club "officials" will need to get with me somehow for a password for administrative access.
