Yo Myst, Haven't seen you in a while. It's really great to hear from you.

I have been busy with the Trapped RPG and the RPG Society. We've gottn rid of all but -DivineCrusader- as spammers (thanks to Frozen_Fox's help). Check out the threads!

Merry Christmas, ya'll!

Has anyone ever written a decent autobiography? I started on one and it doesn't seem so great. What should I do?

Here's an excerpt from what I wrote first. It explains, well, just read it...

I'm in public schooling, Lakewood Ranch High School to be exact. There is a program at my school that is reffered to as Leadership Education Training (LET). The program is also called JROTC by its cadets (students in LET). It is my 3rd year in the program, I'm a LET 3. After going through lots of strenuous, intensive training, I have achieved the rank of Captain. I command an entire class of cadets called a Company.

We are Charlie Company and we like to party (inside joke). Through the help of my Platoon Leaders, First Sergeant, and Platoon Sergeants, I give the class assignments and lead them in precision drill manuvers (I march the kids in circles). I also have an Executive Officer that helps me with paperwork that I have to do to keep my Company's files in line. The files include promotion orders, uniform information, and all of the classes information. I also devised a merit system that works kinda like the Newgrounds level-up system (I'll explain later).

Something fun that I do after school is a team called Raiders. Unlike the football team, we run around in our camoflauge uniforms (BDUs for Battle Dress Uniforms). We climb walls and rappel down the other side, that sort of thing. Everything that an Army Ranger would do.

Tell me what you think!

no offence cap'n but that was boring for me to read. I know its not meant to be exciting but maybe you could make it more lively and personal? That way it would grab more interest.

I've written a few biographys, but never one about myself. If I did I don't think I would share it a this point in my life. Those things are for old people since they have alot of time on their hands and more to write about.

Aha, true! Plus, you need to have accomplished something or gone through something special in order to make it an interesting read.

Writing Update: I am working on 1 Script, 2 Short Stories and my novel is being re-written entirely. Still same storyline and concept; i just felt a 3rd person perspective might be better then the 1st person. Not sure why i made that decision, but i will never know which works better until i try.
Oh shit, and i have to write an article by Dec 30th... thats an easy $50.

You have far to many projects on the go at once you know? How you manage to stay on top of them I'll never know! Anyway.....im currently breainstorming ideas for another script(I really need to learn to finish projects off when I start them) I had this strange and twisted idea of mixing black adder with the Miss MArple murder mysteries.............lol its a very strange idea but if I could actually write it well it would work.

I wish i could help, but i know neither of the two you mention.
And yes, you are right. I do have too many projects on the go. However, i can never keep my mind on one thing at a time, so i alternate what to work on each day. Today is poetry (yay).
Even though i do not what you you are talking about, if i can help in any way: ring the bell.

Miss MArple mysteries are a load of murder mysteries and BLack adder is a british Sitcom which was originaly about a prince of england who got into weird predicaments(sp?) its kind of hard to explain....Coop might be able to explain it better than me.

I'm thinking that we should write about this in RPG Society, but I'll consider your idea there. I like the concept, but Haloman has someone kinda like that already. He created a character, Mina of course, that resembles the metroid Mech (see Haloman's sig).

does the fact that I said I would move out of the Uk to avoid watching it not tell you my opinion on it?

Blackadder Website
This may be able to explain a lot more about the series than even I could. Edmund Blackadder is a person who has a manservant called Baldrick and a dozy friend called Percy (Later George in season 3 and 4) Together, they get into a glut of nasty situations which always produce humour of the highest quality and it is one of Britain's most treasured series. I think you can find scripts on the site, so keep an eye out.

I apologize for not posting for about a week, only six more pages since I posted, not much. Iam thinking of quiting because I dont feel as if I have contributed much, either that or Iam going through a short stage of depression. If anyone deeply feels that I should stay in this club let me know, Iam probably going to go and be by myself for a while now. good bye, I hope ur having a better day than Iam.

You should stay in this club if you can either post creative writing or criticism of other people's work. Since I don't know weather or not you have been, I can offer not conclusive decision that you should either be in or out of the club. This is one of these you need to work out for yourself.

You should stay on with the club. We need your input on the stories we submit here. You can take your time being alone, there is no person that effects you more than yourself. If you want any help with anything, ask us, ask me. I'll try to help the best I can.

I hope somemore people can post some more of their work, this site is dying a little here. I am thankful for all your support though guys. I have a deadline for a short story that is in about two weeks. I plan on having it finished, so when i do, i will be posting it. However, until then, i am counting on you guys to keep posting your shorts, inserts, scripts, and poetry.
