Go to the frame you want it to stop on. And set the the event to "stop". Or just edit the audio elsewere.
I'm your average Afro-American fetus. For example: I enjoy basketball, I'm rather good when I play too, but I'm much too busy scratching my horrific cracked skin these days.

Now that you've got Audacity, highlight the area of the song you want to get rid of and cut/delete it. Then save the edited song as a new file and import it into Flash.

I just posted this somewhere else, but this info should be helpful to you too. It's info from the Audio Portal:
We do recommend exporting your audio in MP3 format when you export your Flash. As long as the loop is imported as a WAV initially, everything works fine and nobody gets hurt.
# After you import your audio, double click on the file in your library to view its properties (or right click and select "Properties" from the dropdown). This is VERY IMPORTANT if you have imported an MP3 file, since it will default to the quality of your imported file, which is usually not compressed very much.
Uncheck the box that says "Use Imported MP3 Quality", or something similar. You will be given your own export controls. You can basically ignore this part and all of your audio will be exported under the default settings in Flash. If you want to tweak it, however, we recommend bit rates between 16Kbps and 32Kbps. There is a "TEST" button in this window, so you can tweak your settings and listen to the results. Compress your audio as much as possible!
# We highly discourage using an entire song unless you are specifically making a music video. If your game or movie isn't 100% dependent on the music, find a good loop that does the trick. A 20 second loop can offer a lot of audio variety and save a lot of bandwidth. The worst is when a user imports a song that is longer than their movie. Their exported Flash file includes a 3 minute song, and users only hear the first minute. Flash doesn't crop the audio unless you have it set to STREAM.

But you can also cut the song. With Goldwave.
