Yep, "Constructs" was what I grew up on myslef. You don't meet to many people these days who had them. But I was all about "Constructs" and "Lincoln Logs".
Anyway, does this mean we might be able to look forward to an update in the Newgrounds Literature section? I'd love to see some new threats to Newgrounds by corporate lawyers posted.

Xombie more than deserves a page of its own cuz dam it basicly makes front page and the top 50 best of all time everytime one is submitted. And for the Lego crap, it really sucks.. cuz dam alot of people worked their ass off on those movies and cuz of the greedy corporate bastards its all gone. Dam thats gota suck. But see one thing that should be done is a memorial page set up instead of the "blammed by our users page" cuz really its not the movie's fault they were blammed.

BTW if anyone finds Lego movies that Tom didn't delete don't tell him about it. Also if someone submits a Lego movie to the Portal don't blam just because it's a Lego movie. Oh yeah for some easy vengence once they stop monitoring the site repost the submissions and have them with the same score, reviews, views awards, etc.. as if they were never off the site. Or you can make a new site for all the old Lego movies/games. Another thing I don't understand is if they're PO'd about the movies then why do they complain to you instead of the authors.

lego sucks big time. i loved that game that marin sears made with jim the pirate lego man. what the hell is putting lego flashes and shit going to do to legos money? nothing. those fucking faggot ass pedophiles. i love lego and all but they're just getting stupider and stupider lately. that's why i haven't bought any legos in a while. alot of flash artists might only want to do flash movies and games in lego style. it might suit the overall mood of the flash. all i know is those lego faggots need help. i used to think lego was all cool because you bought a set, read the pictures, and put it together to make whatever objects they said it would make. overall, this shit might piss off so many lego artists that they may try to find another flash submission site. i really don't think that there is a flash submission site like newgrounds. if there was one, then you probably would sue them for copying you. im going to sum this up in two words: LEGO SUCKS. i am just pissed at lego right now for making you do something really stupid on my favorite site. millions of people talk about this site and i hope it doesn't ruin the reputation of newgrounds because of lego flash lovers. i hope it ruins the reputation of lego instead. i hope it makes lego profits go down tremendously just because they fucked with the coolest site in the world.

If you're not fighting back because of the fact that ESRB complained earlier then consider this. ESRB copmplained about the ratings system here was just like our ... so we changed it. WE also went into a sort of dis the ESRB contest thingy. What Lego is doing is much worse. Chaniging our rating system barely affected us at all. Getting rid of every single Lego movie here will. Lego deserves to be dissed set on fire jump off a building etc.... more then ESRB does. If you're not going to fight off such downright greediness well this actually isn't greediness this is stupidity and downright mean spirited then what will you fight off?

DON'T SWITCH FLASH SUBMISSION SITE that is exactly what Lego wants you to do. They were for some unknown reason pissed off about Lego flash in Newgrounds so they ask tom to get rid of them and unfotunately he does. The Lego people want you guys to switch sites so they can have vengeance on a site that they think messed with them.

Well I hope less people buy Lego sets now because of this. Go buy some Megabloks instead, they can't sue you for that, unless the Megabloks company decides to move in. Therefore, make a Megabloks collection and premote Megabloks or some other building block company out there. That way people can still make these kinds of movies, just with another kind of building block that's similar to Lego.

BTW maybe this is why the Simpsons called them Blockos, when they went to "Block Land", which is basically Legos. The Lego company was too pissy to allow the Simpsons to even use their name.

The thing that makes the least sense is that Lego itself has a product, specificaly for filming legos and making movies out of them. If thats not bull crap, I don't know what is. I think some of the problem is that a lot of people associate NG with adult themes, which isn't always true, quite a bit of NG content is all age friendly. Even if they don't agree with the NG site, I still don't think they have a right to complain, the case probably wouldn't hold up in court. But, sometimes, its not worth the fight. Lego would have nothing to lose while NG would have everything to lose. We should definitely stage an online lego protest.

So I deleted over 100 Lego submissions. I did regret it afterwards, but now it's done. We had some really great submissions, and rarely were they crude in nature.

Could'nt you just have taken the "Lego" part out of those movie's titles? Most were created with webcams, so it would be too fuzzy to make out any copyright sign or logo, so you wouldn't be able to tell what brand it is . As somebody mentioned before me, "Legolas" was not deleted, because it doesn't have Lego directly in it's name.

1 Why did they just tell Newgrounds to remove the lego movies?They are other sites what put them on aswell? Its cause Newgrounds is the biggest and bestest flash animations site in the world now, thats why.
2 When Newgrounds is going up, lego is going down, for example poor ideas lego are doing now like harry potter and bionicles. Also they computer games what they make are dreadful.
While Newgrounds are inproving non stop and made a very successful game Alien Hominid, good competitions for the people who go on here, improvments to the website and more.
I know i went a little to far from slaging off lego, but this is below the belt what lego has done.
