I got my copy in a store called FOPP. If you can't order it on the FOPP website, there is a fairly heavy chance that the HMV website will have it. HMV own FOPP now.

Lol i doubt it, I've given it a try before, but dethklok actually sounds catchy and good compared to a real death metal band like cannibal corpse.

True, and it is a mock/comedy thing, although some death metal can be catchy. CC is some of the most brutal stuff out there that's pretty technical and whatnot, but there's some swell jazz influenced, groove, and other stuff.
