I still think we should arrange one before the end of spring break =D

Well we can't have an actual tourney because not enough people would participate.

Instead we could have our own "Crew ladder... with teams" or a "Carnival style Battle Royal" or a "Multi-Man Jamboree" to determine the leader of our crew once and for all.

Actually, nothing at all has been happening since you left. We've all been waiting impatiently for your return, so we can start talking about interesting stuff again =P

There were Americans at my school today from Atlanta, Georgia. They had their Spring Breaks so they travelled around the world. They talked about the differences in Faith and Religion from America and the Netherlands. First Americans I've met IRL, accent was funny to hear. Oh and 1 girl was hot.

This was random, but since you guys are talking about Spring Breaks, I just had to say something about this ._.

Every American I have met so far in my life has had the strongest of accents.

It's crazy.

Americans are culturally mixed. Pretty much every family on my block has a different accent.

And quite likely every one of those has some sort of American inflection in their accent. Of course the country you come from sounds like it sounds the most natural. For me, it's obviously Australian accent, since that sounds natural to me.

Though Nikenick might have been closest with his British people don't have accents comment, since English is originally from England, so if any country didn't have an accent, it would be them.

No, everybody has an accent. An accent is a manner of pronunciation of a language. English people have accents for American people, and otherwise. Even people from different states have different accents, just like in the Netherlands ( there are people who speak slightly different just 90 miles from my house).

England has a ridiculous amount of accents for such a small place.

Also, it's not a country.

Well, I'm sure you didn't hear an "American accent" you heard a "Southern Country" accent, since they were from Georgia.

From wikipedia:
England /%u02C8%u026A%u014B%u0261l%u0259nd/ is a country that is part of the United Kingdom.

Also, it hardly matters, since my point wasn't that it was a country, just that if any country had a natural accent for English, it would be the English people's accent.

Nice to see you're paying attention, and not focusing on trivialities.

that's somewhat true i guess.
anyways there's no point talking about accents. It's not like we're going to hear each other's voices until Super Smash Brother Clash comes out in 2012-2013

Wait, the 4th one is going to have a chat function using mics or something? That sounds pretty cool. And it's going to take another 3 or 4 years to make it? Oh well, good things come to those who wait I guess.

Also, I'm going to laugh at all of the people who took the "Brawl to end them all" comment on the SSBB case seriously. After all, it's not like Nintendo would suddenly decide to end a series that's earning them money.

Link/proof plox if you have any.

Of course Nintendo isn't going to end the series. All we know for sure is the Sakurai isn't too keen to make another one, but that doesn't mean that someone else can't take the helm.

Though I don't think Truth was being serious with that Super Smash Bros Clash guys. It was just an example of what it could potentially be as opposed to anything concrete.

You guys will jump at anything hinting at a new game, even after all the complaints about how Brawl was watered down...

And my response is that even English people think English people have accents.

There are different accents all across England. Try to compare someone from the north to someone from the south. Lower class to upper class.

There's no such thing as 'the English accent'.

As in a Shadow skin for Sonic? One of the costumes he SHOULD have had, instead of stupid black armbands like he actually has?

Though you're right, those Texture Hacks are the sex. The awesome faic Jiggs rocks.
Actually, all of them do.
And dare I say it... best hack ever?

Yes, I took a snapshot and sent it to a few folks.
I don't think I sent it to you though, seeing how your Wii isn't with you.
I think Sonic didn't have a Shadow costume because Shadow is already in Brawl as an assist trophy.

Meh...
I tend to like fully clothed women better than the skimpy next-to-nothing, leaves too little to the imagination.
