Falco's upsmash is better than Fox's because you can actually hit with it. And the power isn't too bad.

The only reason it's easier to hit with Falco, is that the hitbox appears a bit faster, but if you whiff it, it's punishing time. 44 frames leaves alot of time to punish. Falco may be able to DACUS into it, but at kill range, DACUS is completely useless. The only other advantage is that it has a bit more range, but does shit for damage when tipped.
Statistically, it's more useful to use out of kill percentage, but has high risk, but if you use it alot, it'll be stale, thus making it a decent kill move.
Fox's on the other hand, is overall faster so the punishing time is reduce, almost half of Falco's, although the hitbox appears 2 frames later, since it is Fox's primary and most effective kill move, it's a must to save it. Unlike Falco, who has no combos into up smash at high percentages, Fox has 2. The infamous down air, and a short hop fast fall forward air (or SHFF Fair for short), it's kill power is, roughly 1.5 times Falco's.
Dedede has the best vertical knockback resistance in the game, and he dies from a fresh up smash on Final Destination with no DI at 111%, compare that to Falco's.
Although it's not very useful at lower percentages, this is more of a plus to save it for when it can kill.
Not as versatile as Falco's, but all overall better.
I miss discussions like these.
