Hummm I would say that it depends of the style of the oponen. But I guess, I like fighting Mewtwo, Yushi, DK, Bowser, Ice Climbers

it depends on who I'm fighting as and what my mood for that day is. It depends on the lvl of the comp and/or the skill of my human opponent.

Comp.... it's funny you bring that up mister Presient.... don't you find (and I'm asking all the follow member as well) That Samus LVL9 is the hardest of all character in SSBM (naturally I'm talking about the version on GC)

i'll join my character's Luigi and no one else and i've beaten every choose your character event with him even "the showdown" which is giga bowser, ganon and mewtwo against you. I've lost count how many times i've beat that.
Here's a tip: to hit a load of foes away press up and b with Roy.

I love the N64 version of Super Smash Brothers almost as much as the love for the Gamecube version. The N64 version because even if it is a classic it still runs smoothly and the fighting was a bit better played, i didnt really like the charging of the super smash attacks at first and the hammer in Melee sucks big time, along with some of the other items they added. Gamecube because of all the extra characters and the one player options, that and the newer moves they added were really good. I am really good with both Samus and Falco in SSBM and i usually take 1st with Mario in SSB. for a character i want to be represented by, id want to be Samus tho, because i prefer the SSBM character samus then i do of the SSB Mario because of Samus's new moves. And if i didnt directly state it, yea i'll join, definetely.

POLL: IYO who is the worst character in the Melee?

I vote for Pichu. Almost all of his/her attacks hurt itself. And it's so damn light. There are so many negatives about this character that it's size and speed, cant even save it from being a horrible character.

I doubt you could beat target stage with your best Character, So Shove off and shut up. I've beaten the game with each character on every level of difficulty. Pichu was my biggest challenge... My friends won't play against me unless I'm playing as pichu... He's a powerful character if used correctly, though there's 0 room for error with him...

My favorite character would have to be Marth. Slick, Fast, Agile, and Powerful, (if used correctly.)

Oh dear god, a Smash Bros crew! I am so in, SSBM is my favorite game ever. My favorite characters are Roy and Yoshi. I like the yellow version of Yoshi best.

I prefer young link. Because of his speed, size and tripple jump. He also can do multiple attackw with his ^b.

Wow, all? I'm still looking for that Celebi trophy and the Giga Bowser one, and of course the Diskun one. I know how to get them, but it's just damn hard :(
And I probably won't ever get the Captain Olimar trophy, as I don't have Pikmin.

Well, I usually use the Z-grab attack since it covers a fairly long range, and you can aim his egg throw(up+B) by pressing in a certain direction, you can easily hit opponents that way. I rarely use his B attack though. The roll attack is fairly useful too, but it's really easy to fall off a ledge, and if you're dealing with someone with high reflexes or a ranged attack, don't use it, because he'll knock you straight out of that shell.
Also, his down+B attack hits opponents too with the stars on both edges, so it's more useful than Bowser's butt-stomp.

I'm also really good with Link, because he has awesome ranged attacks.

I suck with Ness and the Ice Climbers, though. Ness's PK flash attack takes too long to load, and the PK thunder attack can be incredibly useful if you use it on yourself.

nah it alright. but heres a tip if you are close far from the edge and are high up do there spin attack to get over so you dont lose one of them also dont use there triple as an attack a good player would just throw the one who falls first away.
o and my favorite is link on zelda stage both of them

Looks like the crew is running smoothly. Do you guys ever do a tournament melee with friends? It's actually pretty cool and a tradition at birthday parties for me.

hey i love ssb for n64 (i dont have gc) but i dont want to join. my friend told me you can get mewtwo on the n64, and he wasnt confused, cause gc wasnt out at the time. if this is true, can someone tell me how to get him, and if its not, what is he like on gc?

no hes not on the original one but.....hes on the gamecube one
he has like a dark matter ball attack and other crap
i dont really use him much, hes not my type of guy i would use
