I think they're great practice. I'm going to start entering every collab i can find that interests me so that I can work on my skills. That and it's a pretty good way to get feedback from fellow Flash makers about what works and what doesn't.

I only have 2 movies. 1 is 6 seconds long, the other 60.2 seconds long :) JoY!

Here's a rundown on my thoughts for everyone's movies.

DragunFyre
Very nice :) It'd be kinda interesting to see that character throughout each of the Phantas ;)

FrontrowX
#1- Decent
#2- Poor
#3- Rather cool

The problem FrX, is that none of the movies really seem to follow the theme. The first one kinda does, since it has the X. But it needs more.

Hypocritism
#1- I love them cubes :) Very good execution of the theme.
#2- Nice and random. Long too. I hope people don't think it too long though.

J_Smooth
#1- Nice
#2- Too simple, characters already used in the first one.
#3- Nice tracing.
#4- The best of the lot. Music really fits the movie very well.

Totally kick-ass! My favorite so far. Very nice animation and the music really gets your blood pumping. Only problem is that I don't see it fitting the theme well.

As I've said before, it would be good, but it needs more animation.

Also, try to refrain from taking a 6 min song and only using 15 secs :P

Ok, dispite the movies are of bad quality, you didn't even follow the rules! The deminsions are all wrong, the frame rate is too fast for one of them, you changed the BG color on one, and one doesn't fit the theme!

Because of the vagueness in a lot of this, I've decided I'm going to have a section in the movie where each author describes how the movie fits the theme of being based off their name. For some, this is more important than others. FrontrowX and mister_animator are the two I need this the most from. Just write up about a paragraph worth on your explaination. If you messed up and forgot about the theme, make up some cock and bull story.
