I have all three consoles: Gamecube, PS2, and Xbox. From my experience, I can say one thing: PC owns all.

Well, I have a ps2, not an xbox. I find the controllers bulky and the freekin things bigger than a VCR! It's all just fancy filthy rich Microsoft crap but i agree that Fable might be changin that. But still, one game can't change my whole opinion.

+I have played both (I own aPS2) and didn’t notice a huge leap in graphics from PS2 to X-Box (played the same game on both systems)
+What I did notice was that the PS2 has better sound. This goes against the so-called tech experts who say that X-Box has more powerful sound chip.
+Also Sony has more games licences under contract than Microsoft does hence they will always have a wider choice of games. Also peripherals are better on Sony PS2 (controller is far more comfortable) also steering wheels (Logitech are better on PS2)
+The only advantage X-Box has is easier Broadband Internet connection but that is only a small advantage.

I personally think Xbox is better but you can't go wrong with either. If you are looking for replayability go with Xbox if you have broadband. Xbox Live is much better than the PS2 online.

Somebody hasn't done their homework. There will be three different versions of the XBox 2, on with no luxuries, one with a hard driver & cd burner, and another with more support than you can shake a stick at.

The PS3 has the cell, which can easily be matched dispite the hype they've given it.

What....are there too many buttons for your pathetic mind? they made the controllers smaller, for those that couldnt handle it. and whats this crap about XBOX2 not being able to add anything onto it. if PS3 (which is gonna be around 1000 dollars supposedly) can shove in all thisextra crap than good for it, that doesnt mean XBOX2 cant either. it has tons of potential. The PLaystations have a reputation for lots of equipment but at a crappy quality. if you gonna spend so much on something for games, buy a dam computer, which will give you ten times better graphics, sound, BURNERS, and whatever else than any shitty PS3 is ever gonna give.

PS2 is heaps better. It has way more games. End of story.
