Well, I just think there's tons of lvl 9's out there at the big transition who are just frustrated jerks. There's a couple sane one, like me, but the rest are just strange.

I think some level 9er's are just plain pissed cause it's taking longer to get to the next level so they force it on new people afectionatly called n00bs.
But thats just me talking.
Besides I'm too safisdacated to bash on n00bs.

When I reached level 10 it felt like a whole bunch of pressure went up. I just got tired seeing a black glove after hunderds of my posts I got angry (pms angry). When the level 10 came, I stopped and I changed. Its weird, like growing up almost.

Ive been trying to figure out why level 9's in particular act like this.

I'd say it's because that it's easy to get to level nine, but a long ways to get to level ten, so by the time many users get to level nine they finally give up their quest or are satisfied with that status. It's also easy to still be a stupid newbie while you're at level nine because it is so easy to get to that level. They may think they're better than "n00bs" just because they have the big number 9 beside their posts. By the time they get to ten or so they've been at newgrounds for quite some while, and they've figured out how pointless newbie flaming is. (and how to act as a more mature newgrounder, or w/e, and lol, yeah i'm still a newb ^_^)

Ive been trying to figure out why level 9's in particular act like this. I think 1 reason could be the fact that level 9 isnt seen as a high level but level 10 is, and so being at the threshold they are more defensive. Another reason could be that the majority of the arseholes on Newgrounds are level 9 just by coincidence.

Any ideas? (if your level 9 and flame me, you'll simply be reinforcing my point, so feel free to do so)

And of course i'm not saying that all level 9's are arseholes, there are always exceptions.

its all about how many flash they have on ng if they have flash then they most likely arnt assfaces. but if they dont then they feel the need to act like they own ng. once im at level ten i doubt ill be accepted cuz of my level. but if i were to get to level 12 and be an ass face i would no doubt be flamed, there are certain things describing noobs and level just isnt one of them.

I think that you have just ran into the wrong people who happen to be LVL9... Hell, people are arseholes no matter what level they are... You just have to live with it and ignore them...

the reason lvl9 flames cause they are angry at n00bs etc. etc.

lvl10-19=moron
lvl20-30=guys who have nothing better to do then deposit

You see it's like there's a mall opening and then a fat guy enters and is stuck through the door(lol) and then everyone yells(flame in NG style) until he is unstuck(a higher lvl) and then he is forgotten and people thinks he is a higher lvl, making him less n00bish and more cool.

Thats why i wrote "I know there are exceptions", besides he was level 10 before he just hasnt deposited in a while so his level has fallen down.

ummm....yes you can. when you get to higher levels the min. amount rises and if you fall below the min. you get bumped down a level. next time do wome research before you say something incorrect.

a lot of people have been wrongly pointing out that i have said that all level 9's are arseholes, I plan on rectifying this. Sadly I cant make people read the "exceptions" part so the only other way to solve this problem is to make them right...so here it goes
