Portal entry either blamming or protecting flashes is a good way to start. Also submitting good flash works, or bbs posting. There are tuturials on two of these in the Flash portal. I am a level 4 and I have been here for three weeks just remeber to also deposit your experience when you get a yellow things that states click here deposit your experience.

I think our profiles should allow us to choose any picture we have from our EXP downwards, so a level 10 user can have a EXP icon of a lvl 10 user or below, such as the "lollypop". That would be a nice new feature of customization to the users of Newgrounds!
